OUR RETURNS POLICY

  1. You can return any item within 14 calendar days of receipt, for a refund of that article. If you want a change of size, color or other items, you'll need to place a new order.
  2. All products must be returned in its original condition, including tags.
  3. You can return items from different orders in one package by filling in and entering the leaves of the returns corresponding to each order inside the package. In this way we can process your return correctly once we receive it in our warehouse.
  4. In the event that a product is returned in a condition inappropriate or elapsed period of 14 days, we reserve the right not perform refund. If you want that you return this product, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
  5. It will be necessary to notify us of the return to our customer care center through the account [email protected] sent with the following information:
    • Order no
    • Article reference with your size and quantities
    • The reasons for the return
  6. We are not responsible for any product that is returned to us by mistake. Always and when you apply you will return that product assuming the shipping costs.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, CHANGES AND CLAIMS

WITHDRAWAL

The buyer shall have a minimum term of 14 (fourteen) calendar days to cancel, starting from the day the customer receives the product, where it will identify if the cause in consequence of LUANVI SA or self-employed.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out through notification by contacting the e-mail [email protected]

According to what is established in article 103 of the Law 3/2014, of 27 march, by which modifies the text refundido of the General Law for the Defence of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

RETURN

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributed to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer shall be entitled to the return of the product, informing LUANVI SA. To do this, you must get in touch with us at [email protected]

This return by reason of defect or malfunction state of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. Will be considered as a quality defect.

For any type of a return due to quality defect, you will need to notify us of the return to our customer care center through the account [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order no
  • Article reference with your size and quantities
  • Stating that the return is for a quality problem

If the product has a quality defect, will be LUANVI who send a courier to the shipping address on the original order of the client.

CLAIMS

If you want to send a complaint, you can write us an email to [email protected] and we will analyze your case and we will try to give you a response as soon as possible.

EXCEPTIONS:

Not accept returns of products in the following cases:

  • Items of jerseys or any other you have to ask the manufacturer.
  • Items purchased in private sales.
  • Items that have been washed or used.
  • Items without a tag or original packaging.
  • Items not shipped complete. For example, only receive a shoe, or sets that are sold together, such as pants and t-shirt to receive only a piece of clothing, etc....
  • Dirty items or defects caused by negligence, misuse or improper handling
  • All products for reasons of health and hygiene are in contact with intimate areas such as socks, swimwear, underwear....

REFUND OF PAYMENT

The returns of money are made in the same form in which payment was made original.

JURISDICTION

LUANVI SA reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions deemed appropriate by the improper use of its web site and contents or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the service provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and of application in the Spanish territory. Arise any dispute the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction comply with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. LUANVI SA has its registered office in Paterna, VALENCIA, Spain.
